NOK volatility at 15-month lows into investor meeting

Nokia (NOK) closed yesterday at $13.43.

The company is scheduled to host a capital markets day in Finland on Dec. 2.

NOK December and January option implied volatility of 35 is below its six-month average of 47, according to Track Data, suggesting decreasing price movement.


FCX volatility near 25-month low; gold above $1,170

Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (FCX) closed yesterday at $85.33.

Copper is recently down 0.35% to $315.10, and gold is up .52% to $1,170.70, according to Bloomberg.

FCX December option implied volatility is at 42, and January is at 47, below its six-month average of 56, according to Track Data, suggesting decreasing price movement.
