PepsiCo Inc. (PEP) -- This international snack and beverage company has been in a bull market for decades. As a result, PEP is one of the more difficult stocks to buy on weakness because of its consistency and lack of volatility.
However, since January, PEP experienced a sharp drop and has provided investors with an unusual opportunity to own this blue chip at an attractive price. Note the two Collins Bollinger Reversal (CBR) buy signals and the July 23 close above the 50-day moving average.
Standard & Poor's target price is $78, and that looks just about right to me.
