Bulls Back in Charge of the Nasdaq

Nasdaq (NASD) -- The index rose 16 points to 1,983 yesterday, with advancers ahead by 2-to-1.


Our internal indicator, the Collins Bollinger Reversal (CBR), flashed buy signals on the Nasdaq, as well as the Dow, putting the bulls back in charge.
My target for the index is 2,300.
