GTx Inc. (GTXI) is recently down 7 cents to $9.44.
The company's toremifene is the subject of Phase III trials, which are being conducted under Special Protocol Assessments (SPAs), for the amelioration of side effects of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) in men with prostrate cancer and for the prevention of prostrate cancer. Results are expected soon.
GTXI November volatility is at 203, December calls are at 164, and January is at 154, above its six-month average of 117, according to Track Data, suggesting larger price movement.
VIX down to 21.73
The CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) is recently down 49 cents to 21.73.
The 10-day moving average is at 22.16; 50-day is 24.66.
