PAS volatility decreases after agreeing to merge with PEP
PepsiAmericas (PAS) accepted PepsiCo's (PEP) offer of $28.50 per share in cash or 0.5022 shares of PEP common stock.
PAS September option implied volatility of 24 is below its 26-week average of 33, according to Track Data, suggesting decreasing price movement.
