ERTS options active on 152,000 contracts

Electronic Arts (ERTS) is recently up $1.49 to $19.99.

ERTS October option implied volatility of 54 is near its six-month average of 52, according to Track Data.

ERTS call option volume of 113,833 contracts compares to put volume of 40,491 contracts.

Average daily option volume is 12,570 contracts, according to IVolatility.


VIX, VXN down into FOMC policy and rate decision

The CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) is recently down 29 cents to 22.79, and the CBOE Nasdaq Volatility Index (VXN) is recently down 43 cents to 23.65 into the FOMC policy and rate decision.
