Every few months, we see call options in Wind River Systems Inc. (WIND) trade in large volume.

On Thursday, they became active again. Buyers of the WIND Nov 10 Calls (QWVKB) and Jan 10 Calls (QWVAB) purchased about 5,000 contracts collectively.

On Aug. 28, the company reported huge upside to earnings and revenues and guided eps estimates up for the full year. WIND is not scheduled to report earnings again until Dec. 4.

Historically, the WIND call buyers have had success with their investments.
