RIMM's BlackBerry has a firm hold on the smartphone market, and even with the iPhone and the new Palm (PALM) Pre, the BlackBerry is not going anywhere. Hey, they don't call it a CrackBerry for nothing. So, take a hard look at RIMM calls.
